Transactions can sometimes take up to an hour to appear in the recipient’s wallet. After an hour if they have still not received anything, contact support@axiacoin.com

The sky’s the limit, or to be more specific, the amount of storage on your phone is the limit.

Currently there isn’t a function built in that enables you to transfer all your contacts over at once, however this functionality is currently in development and will be made available soon.

Once a transaction has been made, it can not be undone. This is why you are required to confirm the receiving wallet address in the AXIA app before the transaction is made, to reduce the chance of error. If you do send tokens to an incorrect wallet address, we recommend you reach out to the recipient to resolve the matter via AXIA chat or contact technical support to verify if those token were actually received by another party. If not, they will remain present in your token balance as the transaction would not have been completed.

Nope, tokens can be transferred to and from anyone. All you need is the other party’s unique wallet address.

Don’t worry, your tokens are safe and secure, even if your AXIA balance hasn’t updated yet, any tokens that you have sent or received are recorded in the blockchain. If your AXIA balance hasn’t updated in real time, check again in an hour. If it still isn’t there, email us at support@axiacoin.com and we’ll help sort out the issue.

Generally it takes less than a day to get approval, however sometimes it can take up to a week in certain circumstances.

The quick answer is three times. If you exceed this number, you have two options:

1. Start the registration process again using a different email;

2. Contact KABN’s via info@kabn.network, provide the email address that you used for account registration and then set a KABN network sign-in password so that you can access your KABN account directly.

While functionality will be limited, you can still receive tokens, utilize AXIA Chat functionality, and see your account information, including your unique wallet address. You will just be restricted from utilizing any financial applications until such time as you have completed your registration. 

No problem at all, just log back in on the home screen of the AXIA app and you should be taken right where you left off. If that doesn’t work, we recommend that you start the registration process again or contact support@axiacoin.com.

Yes, go to the profile section of the app and select “Multi-factor Authentication”. Once activated, you will receive a confirmation code on a seperate device each time you login to your AXIA account. This setting enhances the security of your account and is highly recommended.

A profile picture is not required, however, if you do choose to upload one, anyone you chat with via AXIA Chat, or send/receive from will see the picture.

A wallet address is your public facing wallet identification. It is used to identify your account to the blockchain and others so that you can send and receive digital currency and have those transactions confirmed on the blockchain.

Most functions including sending/receiving tokens and AXIA chat require an internet connection, however once logged in, the AXIA app can function without an internet connection.

Yes you can. Only people who are citizens of banned or sanctioned countries are blocked from actively using the AXIA app. If you are from a separate country and are traveling to one of these countries, the functionality will remain consistent, depending on the availability of internet services in that country.

At this time the only available colour feature is dark, but a light version will be available shortly.

At this time the only language available is English. Future updates are scheduled to include more language options.

The currency setting allows you to select the currency you would prefer to exchange for AXIA tokens or vice versa. Currencies supported are as follows (please note other crypto currencies to be listed as well):

No, your email address and/or social profile is used only once and tied directly to your wallet account. That said, you can register for multiple accounts via a different log-in source (email, Facebook, Google, Apple ID)

Quick answer is no due to a unique registration process that is required for each type of account. If you would like to set up a different type of account, you will need to do so by registering again with a new email address.

This is the process where a unique wallet ID is generated and tied to your account, which is essential for you to be able to store, send, and receive AXIA tokens. Registration is also where you associate your email address and private password to your wallet ID which acts as your first layer of security.

Yes, users who activate an Individual account will go through a KYC process (Know Your Customer) which will require the user to submit personal information to verify their identity. For those users activating a Merchant/Charity account, a KYB (Know Your Business) process will need to be completed which is similar to the KYC process but requires additional information.

Upon registering for an account, you will see three account type options. Each one is customized to serve the unique needs of each type of user.

1. Individual – for anyone opening an account privately and without association to any organization.

2. Merchant – for businesses actively receiving and sending funds.

3. Charity – for a not for profit organization with a clear and positive social impact.

Yes, under your profile page, tap “Change Password” and follow the instructions.

You can not change your email address because your unique wallet ID is tied to it. However, if you wish to use a new email you can create a new account with the desired email.
